Stand tall and grab a pair of dumbbells and lift them up in front of your shoulders with your palms facing you.
Lower your shoulders, inhale and tense your torso. At the same time as you push the dumbbells upwards, a rotation of the wrist takes place that ends at the top when you have straight arms.
At the top, the palms should point straight ahead. Lower the weights again until the dumbbells are just in front of the shoulders and the palms facing you.
